Adnan Shennib
Founder & CEO
Adnan brings 24 years of experience in hearing aid innovations and startups. He started his medical device career developing pacemaker programming systems. He later joined ReSound, then a start-up developing the first programmable hearing aids and hearing fitting systems. Resound completed an IPO in 1992. He later founded InSound Medical, where he invented and developed the Lyric hearing device; currently the world's smallest and only extended wear hearing product. InSound was acquired by Sonova in 2010. Adnan holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas.

Michael Potter
Consulting Chief Financial Officer & Board Member
Michael is an experienced executive in the private and public sectors, most recently as CFO with Canadian Solar Inc and interim CFO with Amber Kinetics, a US-based start-up. Potter brings a proven track record of execution with IPO-track teams and with publicly listed companies, with extensive experience in global operations including in China, Singapore, the United States, and Canada.

Marika Berkley
Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs
Marika brings over 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Validation in various medical device settings, from startup to fortune 500 operations in US, EU and Asia operations. She successfully secured complex FDA approvals for de novo medical devices such as the Lyric™- the first and only extended wear hearing device, and the iHearTest™- the first and only home hearing screener. She has held senior management positions at InSound Medical, ORAL-B (Gillette Company), Abbott Labs and PFIZER Laboratories. Marika holds a B.S. in Biology & Chemistry from City College of New York.
