The iHEARtest is NOT a test to clinically diagnose your hearing health, nor to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For a medical evaluation of your ears or auditory system, or for a medical evaluation of your hearing health, you should consult with a hearing health professional such as an Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose, and Throat) doctor, or an Audiologist. You may also contact your primary care physician for consultation or referral to a hearing health professional. If the results of the iHEARtest are “Good” (a Hearing Number of 5) it means that you hear the soft sounds that are necessary for hearing in everyday situations. A “Good” Hearing Number does not rule out a medical condition that may affect the health of your ears.
